Summary

· This server functions as a Fandom/Community space and Announcement board for any Merch and information regarding my shop @sourboxes.

IMPORTANT

· Access is for adults only, being 18+ years old is required to join.

· As a community space it's focused on danmei, webtoons, anime/manga and games but not exclusively.

· Important announcements regarding my shop will still be posted on social media so worry not about missing any news from me if you don't join.

· All art streams are SFW.

✏︎ Commissions are for personal use only (profile picture, gift, wallpaper, etc). Making prints is allowed as long as it's for personal use and no profit is being made.

✏︎ Payment is full and upfront in USD through ko-fi. For larger commissions payment can be negotiated to payment half upfront/half after the first revision of the sketch.

✏︎ Commissions for commercial use have a different pricing (commercial use meaning for example illustrations for stickers, prints or any kind of way my art will be distributed to profit from)

✏︎ Additional character, background and extra details' fee may apply and will be discussed depending on the complexity of your request.

✏︎ Character design from text description with no image reference will result in an additional design fee starting at 20USD.

✏︎ Revisions are limited to only three (3) times. This includes during the initial sketching process and before the final coloring process. anything outside of it, will require extra payment.

✏︎ Client is allowed to post the final piece with watermark.

✏︎ I have the right to decline a commission request if it doesn't fit my criteria or if it's out of my skill. In any case I'll let you know.

✏︎ If you have an urgent request with a tight schedule a fee will apply given that I'll try to meet your deadline.

✏︎ The final piece will be sent via Drive in .png and transparent version if applicable. After the final piece is sent any changes or revisions will result on an extra fee.

✏︎ No refunds are allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTES!

- Prices listed here are for one character only with a solid or graphic background, any additional character is +80% from base price.

-Special background requests have a separate fee depending on complexity and start at 15USD.

- The time in which your final piece will be completed depends entirely of my workload and commissions schedule. Commissions can take as long as a month to be finished.

- Please remain open to constant communication throughout the process, if you have any question don't hesitate asking.

Use

▪︎ Commissions for commercial use have a different pricing depending on the use and distribution of the illustration work. (commercial use meaning for example illustrations for stickers, prints or any kind of way my art will be distributed to profit from)

▪︎ File specifications for illustration commissions of any kind are 300dpi and RBG color profile. These are the settings the final work will be delivered as well.

▪︎ The illustration work can be used and distributed digitally or physically as different types of items.

▪︎ There is no limit to the types of items the client is allowed to make with the commissioned illustration. However there is a limit on the number of copies the commercial fee includes. Base number of copies allowed is 100 including all the items combined.

▪︎ Use of the commissioned work at a larger scale is available after discussion and the applicable fee will be adjusted according to the scale.

Credits and watermarks

▪︎ Client is allowed to post process shots of the piece with watermark throughout the commission process.

▪︎ Final piece will be sent free of watermark and can be used under the terms discussed specifically for it.

▪︎ Credits of the work are obligatory. In the case of merchandise commission the credits must be added as part of the listing description.

▪︎ Minimum credits required are the username, if available the embed or link to social media profile is preferred.

Editing and alterations

▪︎ Edition and alteration of the illustration for merchandise production purposes is allowed depending on the manufacturing requirements. This includes minimum alterations such as color corrections or adjustments for printing. Cropping of the image to fit printing proportions is allowed as long as 80 to 90% of the illustration work is intact.

▪︎ For full illustrations used for postcards or prints, digital addition of bleeds is allowed.

▪︎ Any alteration of the final piece without discussion is strictly prohibited.

Schedule

▪︎ Commercial commissions booking is limited per month, final hand in of the work is up to discussion with the client and their schedule.

▪︎ Depending on the leniency of the projects schedule, final hand in of the illustration work will be adjusted.

About payment and additional fees

▪︎ Payment is full and upfront in USD through ko-fi under the Stripe payment processor, PayPal is only available under request and applies a transaction fee that will be included on the price.

▪︎ For larger commissions payment can be negotiated to payment half upfront/half after the first revision of the sketch.

▪︎ Additional character, background and extra details' fee apply and will be discussed depending on the complexity of your request.

▪︎ Character design from text description with no image reference will result in an additional design fee starting at 20USD per character.

▪︎ Commission fee includes revisions up to three (3) times. These can be during the initial sketching process and before the final coloring process. Any kind of revision after the final hand in of the work will require extra payment.

SPECIAL COMMISSIONS

▪︎ Enamel pins are included in this category due to the special requirements of the file.

▪︎ Price starts at 200 for a bust to half body design on either regular or chibi style. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity and details requested.

▪︎ Back stamp is not included on the design or mock up, but is available to request.

▪︎ Enamel pin files include clean line work on PNG. Vectors are not available.

▪︎ Mock up file for the manufacturer includes line work guide for the plating parts, enamel color breakdown, pantone codes suggestions and details breakdown such as screen print, recessed metal, etc. All in one JPG image ready for quotation with the clients manufacturer.

▪︎ Final commission files include three (3) files: layered file in PSD with line work layer and color breakdown, line work PNG file and mock up JPG file.
